Persistent upper abdominal pain, acid reflux, dysphagia, or anaemia requiring gastroscopy (OGD)
Rectal bleeding, bowel habit changes, or colorectal polyp screening via colonoscopy
Groin or abdominal wall bulge (suspected hernia) or right upper quadrant gallstone pain
Breast or thyroid lumps, painful/bleeding haemorrhoids or anal fistula, or skin cysts and lipomas requiring minor excision
