- Breast or thyroid lumps, painful/bleeding haemorrhoids or anal fistula, or skin cysts and lipomas requiring minor excision

- Bring prior ultrasound/CT/MRI/endoscopy reports and a list of current medications (especially blood thinners and diabetes medications)
